Es ist Januar 2021. Mittlerweile seit einem Jahr hält uns das Covid-19 Virus in Atem. Unsere Welt ist nicht mehr die, die sie mal war. Wir müssen unter großen Einschränkungen leben und auch unsere Seelen befinden sich in einer Art Gefangenschaft. Umso wichtiger ist es nun, Platz für positive Gedanken zu schaffen und unserer Verlangen nach Freiheit als Motor für die jetzige Situation zu nutzen.

Diese Serie verkörpert meine Sehnsucht. Die Sehnsucht nach der Ferne, nach besonderen Orten und intensiven Erlebnissen die ich so vermisse.
Gefühle die ich lange als Selbstverständlich angesehen habe. Sicher fühlen wir alle im Moment sehr ähnlich, wenn es um unsere Leidenschaft geht.
Deshalb lasst uns alle diese Sehnsucht in Zuversicht umwandeln, denn eines Tages werden wir das alles wieder haben und vermutlich können wir dann diese Momente noch bewusster genießen.
Bis dahin nähren wir unser Verlangen mit Erinnerungen.

It is January 2021. The Covid-19 virus has been keeping us in suspense for a year now. Our world is no longer what it used to be. We have to live under great restrictions and our souls are also in a kind of captivity. It is now all the more important to create space for positive thoughts and to use our desire for freedom as a motor for the current situation.

This series embodies my longing. The longing for faraway places, for special places, and intense experiences that I miss so much.
Feelings that I have taken for granted for a long time. Sure, we all feel very similar at the moment when it comes to our passion.
So let’s all convert this longing into confidence because one day we will have it all again and we will probably be able to enjoy these moments even more consciously.
Until then, we feed our desires with memories.
