Geamana (Geamăna) war ein Dorf in Siebenbürgern/Rumänien.
Auf Befehl des damaligen Diktators Nicolae Ceaușescu wurde es 1978 aufgrund eins Absetzbeckens für Rumäniens größte Kupfermine geräumt und langsam versenkt.

At the command of the then dictator Nicolae Ceaușescu, it was cleared and slowly sunk in 1978 due to a settling basin for Romania’s largest copper mine.
